    • Customers will receive a confirmation call Two days in advance, the day before, and when the technician is in route. This provides the customer multiple opportunities to cancel the appointment, with the option of rescheduling when they are ready.
    • If customers express concerns about proceeding with appointments, we will temporarily cancel appointments to be rescheduled at a later date when customers feel more comfortable.
    • Please be ensured that if any of our technicians are feeling unwell, we will reach out to scheduled appointments to cancel until further notice while we take the appropriate steps to self-quarantine per CDC guidelines.
  • All of our staff is taking sanitation extremely seriously at this time.
    • Our technicians have been required to sanitize their hands before and after each appointment.
    • Technicians will refrain from shaking hands with homeowners at this time while they keep an appropriate distance, abiding by social distancing guidelines as currently suggested by CDC.
    • Our technicians have been instructed that if they reach an appointment and feel that the homeowner is ill, or it is an unsafe working environment during this time, they will inform the customers of the following.
      • “We appreciate all of our valued customers and are doing our part to ensure the best health and safety practices for our community. As we must abide by the current CDC guidelines, we prefer to use an overabundance of caution at this time, and would like to reschedule your appointment for a later date”
    • After each appointment our Technicians are required to pull the work trucks over at a designated area to properly clean and sanitize all tools in workbags, and the main cabin of the vehicles with anti-bacterial cleaning supplies.  – After which the technicians are to wash their hands and sanitize appropriately.
      • Please be aware this extra step in sanitization is being implemented for everyone’s well-being and could potentially effect arrival times of technicians. We politely request that everyone be understanding during this time, as we are doing all we can to ensure health and safety everyone in the community.

    • All of our employees have been required to report any feeling of illness to management.
    • All of our employees are aware of the protocols and systems in place to ensure everyone’s overall health.
    • In the event that one of our staff has fallen ill, we will implement self-quarantine throughout the company
      • If this happens all appointments will be canceled until further notice
